Project Manager – Ground-Up Athletic Sports Complex Indian Land / Lancaster County, SC

A very well-established General Contractor with an 80-year history has an URGENT need for a Project Manager to join a major upcoming $40M ground-up athletic / multi-phase sports complex project. As a Project Manager you will work closely with 3 Superintendents on-site to ensure successful project delivery on time and in budget.

This 60-acre project is breaking ground in the next 30 days with a highly respected contractor that has built a strong reputation across the Carolinas over decades of successful delivery. It is expected to last 18-24 months and will have a large subcontractor presence (40-50+ subs).

The Project Manager will be based primarily onsite, working closely with company leadership, superintendents, and field teams to support successful project delivery from start through completion.

• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Supporting field operations and superintendents
• Coordinating subcontractors and project schedules
• Maintaining project documentation and communication flow
• Assisting with overall project execution and client coordination

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role
• Ground-up construction experience preferred
• Experience in commercial, civil, site development, or athletic/sports projects is beneficial
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite five days per week
• Open to candidates from both large and mid-sized GC backgrounds
