Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team as a leader in the industrial demolition and environmental remediation space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and continuing to expand our footprint in the South Carolina Markets.

• Lead a small team as dictated by project needs
• Consistently enforce company safework practices, policies and procedures
• Complete daily JHA/STA
• Navigate Field Flow and review worker certifications
• Recognize activities that require certification and ensure work is performed only by qualified personnel (e.g., scaffold, confined space, MEWP, new hire orientation)
• Be a competent person as defined by OSHA
• Run small projects under the direct oversight of a project manager or other senior personnel
• Recognize required tools, put a request list together for the project
• Complete daily time cards
• Hold OSHA 30 Certification
• Hold CPR training
