You will facilitate bid reviews, present estimates to executive leadership and clients, support project execution planning, and guide informed bidding decisions based on market conditions, site logistics, labor availability, and contract requirements. In addition, you will mentor estimating professionals, improve estimating processes and cost databases, and help drive business growth by securing profitable projects that contribute to long-term organizational success.

  • Experience in industrial and power construction environments.
  • Experience leading estimating teams and managing multiple concurrent bid opportunities.
  • Experience with Lump Sum, Fixed Fee, and Time & Material contract structures.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, structural, civil, piping, electrical, and process systems associated with industrial and mission-critical facilities.
