**** Be the trusted connection between our customers and our operations
** We’re looking for a
** Customer Service Representative
** who enjoys being at the center of the action—coordinating orders, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service from order placement through delivery and  this role, you’ll be the
** primary point of contact for customers**, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, and Logistics to deliver a seamless customer experience.
** What You’ll Do
** As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage the full order lifecycle while building strong relationships with customers and internal partners:
* Serve as the main liaison between customers, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams
* Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, including order entry and revisions
* Coordinate promised ship dates and reschedule shipments or import volumes as needed
* Address customer inquiries and complaints, partnering with internal teams for resolution
* Coordinate import/export logistics, including NAFTA documentation
* Perform general administrative support tasks related to customer service and order management
* Occasionally visit customers when required
* Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the department manager
** What We’re Looking For
**** Education
* ** High School Diploma required
* Associate’s Degree preferred
** Experience & Skills
*** 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer relations
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain
* Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Highly organized with strong planning and documentation abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
* Experience with SAP or SAP S/4

HANA is a plus
* Comfortable working with international contacts and processing import orders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical issues clearly
* Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
* Self-directed, motivated team player who can also work independently
* Ability to train employees at various levels on policies and compliance
* Capable of acting as a leader or individual contributor depending on the assignment
* The pay rate for this position is $20/hr factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
