Job Summary

Investigate and resolve warranty claims and return requests as the primary point of contact throughout the claims process. Gather facts, evaluate documentation, and make decisions based on warranty coverage, company policy, and other relevant information to substantiate or deny customer claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for warranty claim inquiries.
  • Evaluate documentation and determine appropriate resolution.
  • Make fair and defensible decisions and communicate them professionally.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in claims processing, investigations, dispute resolution, military service, law enforcement, account/project management, team leadership, or similar roles requiring independent judgment.
  • Experience handling escalated customer situations, complaints, disputes, or conflict resolution.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to navigate difficult conversations while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage high volume email communication.
  • Proficient with basic computer software (G-Suite, Email, CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Resourceful and creative when developing solutions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Comfortable making decisions in incomplete or conflicting information and willing to seek additional input or escalation when needed.
Essential Experience
  • Prior experience in claims processing, investigations, dispute resolution, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate facts, policies, procedures, or evidence and make recommendations or decisions.
Work Information
  • Full-time position, schedule generally 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
  • Drug-free workplace.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary range $79,000 - $85,000 USD.
  • Pay includes wages plus bonus.
