Customer Service​/Teller

Overview

Salary: $24/hr this role is in downtown Greer, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for hire. You will help customers by providing solutions and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Process customer payments received through the lobby, drive-through, mail, and other approved channels.
• Assist customers with account setup, service applications, payment arrangements, and related account services.
• Educate customers on available payment options, programs, and account management resources.
• Maintain accurate account records by documenting customer interactions, updates, and service requests.
• Resolve account issues such as returned payments, address updates, billing inquiries, and reimbursement requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily office operations and maintaining compliance with established procedures.

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and community members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment (scanners, printers, payment processing devices)
• Excellent organizational, recordkeeping, and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and courteously
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Good personal credit
