Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview

Salary: $23-24/hr we are looking for a customer service associate who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment with company events and catered lunches. The position is based in downtown Greer and requires a conventional 8‑5 schedule without the "take home stress." The role is a long‑term contract with competitive pay.

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls.
• Create service requests and resolve issues or escalate to a supervisor if needed.
• Research and address customer complaints to achieve satisfactory solutions for both the customer and company.
• Assist with payment arrangements, set up extensions, provide pledge card help, and handle customer bill inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records, update account information, and collaborate proactively with other departments to improve responses.
• Manage account‑related tasks such as processing reimbursements, emailing forms, providing quotes, and ensuring safety protocols.

• Ability to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Five or more years of customer service experience.

• Weekly pay through a payment network.
• 40 hours of paid time off after 6 months of work.
• Holiday pay after 6 months of work.
• Temporary contract role.
