Schedule:

M-F 8-5;
Onsite Temp to hire opportunity with a great company convenient to Greenville or Spartanburg. Great team and casual work environment. What you get to do:

• Answer inbound customer calls and e-mails to resolve issues, discuss delivery time frames and gather info to validate business status and credit limits
• Participate in learning a vast company product catalog
• Data entry and documentation of customer communication
• Work cross functionally with Sales, Accounting and Logistics

What you need to succeed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great customer service skills
