Director of Customer Service

North American Rescue seeks a Director of Customer Service to lead and elevate our customer support operations for military, law enforcement, EMS, and first responder customers. In this role, you will build and coach a high-performing team, define service standards and KPIs, and optimize processes across phone, email, and digital channels. You will partner closely with manufacturing, sales, logistics, and quality to resolve escalations and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
