PLS is seeking an Auto Collections Associate in Oak Brook to contact customers and resolve delinquent auto accounts. You will communicate by phone, text, and email to arrange payments and minimize bad debt, while delivering excellent service and meeting deadlines.
Applicants should have retail or call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; in-person teamwork is essential at our Oak Brook center.
