- Lead Production, Quality, Materials, Engineering, and EHS teams.
- Hire, train, and develop employees to build a strong operations team.
- Represent the company with customers and ensure excellent support and service.
- Work with HR on policies, staffing, and employee actions.
- Partner with the Regional Controller to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Participate in leadership reviews and support annual budgeting.
- Hold monthly communication meetings with the operations team.
- Implement and maintain strong processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools.
- Ensure high quality, on‑time delivery, and a safe work environment.
- Support Advanced Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and DFMA activities.
- Manage Operations BOS documents and keep procedures up to date.
- Track KPIs, drive corrective actions, and improve results year over year.
- Support customer visits and demonstrate quality controls.
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field;
Lean/Six Sigma preferred. - Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality processes.
- Understanding of automotive seating regulations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
