• Lead Production, Quality, Materials, Engineering, and EHS teams.
• Hire, train, and develop employees to build a strong operations team.
• Represent the company with customers and ensure excellent support and service.
• Work with HR on policies, staffing, and employee actions.
• Partner with the Regional Controller to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Participate in leadership reviews and support annual budgeting.
• Hold monthly communication meetings with the operations team.
• Implement and maintain strong processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools.
• Ensure high quality, on‑time delivery, and a safe work environment.
• Support Advanced Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and DFMA activities.
• Manage Operations BOS documents and keep procedures up to date.
• Track KPIs, drive corrective actions, and improve results year over year.
• Support customer visits and demonstrate quality controls.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field;
  Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality processes.
• Understanding of automotive seating regulations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
