Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including process flow, work instructions, and quality control measures
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process, working closely with cross functional teams to implement effective solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
