Process Engineer

Salary: $100-115K

• Develop and improve CNC manufacturing processes
• Work on CNC programs, tooling configurations and process parameters to optimize
• Keep process documentation up to date with appropriate standards
• Recommend process improvements to help with cost savings, scrap reduction and quality improvements
• Lead projects from concept through implementation
• Keep operators trained and up to date with new equipment

Type: Direct Hire

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a machine shop environment
• Prior experience with project management is a big plus
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
