MEP Regional Manager

We are looking for an MEP Regional Manager to join our U.S. branch and lead the delivery of regional industrial MEP, HVAC, and cleanroom projects.

This role is a key on-site management position, responsible for project delivery, technical coordination, subcontractor management, quality and safety supervision, client communication, and cost control.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of relevant MEP, HVAC, cleanroom, or industrial project experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel for regional project work
• English communication ability;
  Chinese-English bilingual ability is a strong plus
• PE / FE license or construction management certification is preferred.

• Lead regional industrial MEP, HVAC, and cleanroom projects from planning and site execution to final acceptance and handover
• Manage on-site progress, quality, safety, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation
• Review technical drawings, construction plans, installation methods, and key technical solutions for MEP, HVAC, and cleanroom systems
• Coordinate with local subcontractors, suppliers, project owners, inspection parties, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Act as the communication bridge between the U.S. project site and China headquarters, aligning project schedules, technical standards, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, including site records, inspection reports, acceptance documents, change orders, settlement materials, and closing files.
