Refresco is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead moderate to large-scale projects across its U.S. beverage facilities. You will manage budgets, timelines, and safety/compliance while coordinating with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and safety teams.
With 5+ years in project management in manufacturing, you will drive line performance, implement RCFA, and guide capital budgeting. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required; PMP is preferred.
