In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that all parts are cleaned and processed to the highest standards, thereby supporting the overall production goals of Honeywell.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate and maintain chemical cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust chemical concentrations and cleaning processes to meet specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on cleaned parts and document results for compliance.
- 1+ years of experience in a chemical processing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of chemical cleaning processes and safety protocols.
- Experience with quality control measures and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in operating chemical cleaning equipment and understanding its maintenance.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to chemical handling and processing.
- Capable of passing and wearing respirator and PAPR device.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership or training role within a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on established guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in process evaluation.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards in chemical processing.
