Overview

Job Opening:
Part-Time Teller. Join our team at Greenville Federal Credit Union as a part-time Teller and be at the forefront of providing excellent service to our valued members. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage with the community, build relationships, and learn and grow in the financial industry.

• Handle member transactions with efficiency and professionalism, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Perform accurate balancing procedures and stay informed on credit union updates.
• Address member inquiries promptly and provide exceptional service.
• Cross-sell products and services tailored to members  financial needs to support their financial well-being.
• Follow a typical schedule (approximately 29 hours per week):
  Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM and Friday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, with flexibility.

• Minimum education:
  
  high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and communication skills for engaging with members and cross-selling confidently.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or customer service.
• Self-motivated to communicate the benefits of offerings.
• Intermediate mathematical skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to interpret various instructions.
• Creativity, independence, and a sense of responsibility; commitment to confidentiality; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
