Member Experience Representative

We’re seeking a Member Experience Representative to join our team in Greer, SC (Wade Hampton Branch). In this member-facing role, you’ll provide outstanding service, support, and communication to help our members reach their financial goals. You won’t just process transactions—you’ll build meaningful relationships, guide members toward smart financial decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor every step of the way.

You’ll be responsible for opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications, and performing a variety of account transactions using cutting-edge technology—all while delivering an exceptional member experience. What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with members and recommend the best products and services to meet their financial needs.

Open new accounts, process loans from application to closing, and complete various financial transactions.

Educate members about Sharonview’s digital tools, mobile banking, and other self-service options.

Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities proactively.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.

Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview, both inside and outside the branch.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for service and sales.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.

Experience in financial services, retail, or customer service is a plus.
