We are hiring compassionate and dependable Medication Aides, Caregivers, Med Techs, and CNAs to join our growing healthcare team. This position provides hands-on support to seniors and individuals needing assistance in assisted living, home care, memory care, or long-term care settings.

• Administer medications following physician orders and company policies (Medication Aide / Med Tech duties)

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Provide high-quality personal care and companionship

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or vital signs

• Document care provided in accordance with healthcare standards

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration reminders

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Support clients with dementia or memory care needs when applicable

• Communicate effectively with nurses, supervisors, and family members

• Medication Aide / Med Tech certification (preferred or required per state regulations)

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver experience preferred

• Experience in senior care, home health, assisted living, or long-term care highly preferred

• Current CPR / First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
