Description:
Client is responsible for maintaining the network and network equipment for BMWs sites in the US, Canada and NA. This team is the hands and feet portion of the network team and is boots on the ground in the plant. They may replace hardware as needed, troubleshoot issues with switches and access points, work within the ticket system – resolving assigned tickets, daily moves adds and changes, documentation, troubleshooting wireless issues and TP/IP incidents, end of life refreshes, and some installations.
They need support at their Greer, SC location.
- Maintain/repair network hardware and equipment at BMW sites in the US, Canada, and NA.
- Troubleshoot switches, access points, wireless issues, and TP/IP incidents.
- Process tickets: resolve assigned tickets, perform daily moves/adds/changes, update documentation.
- End-of-life refreshes and some installations.
- Provide on-site support at the Greer, SC location.
- Schedule during training:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After training, move to four 10-hour days. Open to either shift; 2nd shift is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greer, SC.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $27.00 – $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include:
