The Customer Technology Advisor plays a strategic role within the Go-To-Market team, focusing on delivering innovative technology solutions to clients. They act as a trusted expert, collaborating with consulting and architecture teams to drive sales, pre-sales, and delivery efforts through technical excellence and customer insight.

• Identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities with consulting and customer partner teams.
• Delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase technical solutions.
• Translating complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for clients.
• Providing technical leadership during sales, pre-sales, and delivery phases.
• Shaping cross-practice solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
• Supporting consulting, advisory, and architectural activities with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Managing pre-sales processes and maintaining technical standards.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Deep domain expertise in technical service offerings.
• Ability to convert technical insights into customer solutions.
• Experience in consultative selling of complex technical services.
• Expertise in areas such as vulnerability management, cyber resilience, DORA, NIST frameworks, and digital operational resiliency.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience selling technical services across industries.
• Ability to contribute to a bonus structure of up to 40%.
