Vehicle Porter

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Porter for a first-shift contract opportunity in Greer, SC. This role supports daily vehicle processing operations with a focus on safe vehicle movement, basic detailing, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

• Safely move vehicles throughout the facility according to operational procedures.
• Wash, vacuum, and perform basic detailing tasks to support vehicle readiness and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and general shop upkeep.
• Operate floor-cleaning equipment and assist with waste disposal, including trash and cardboard.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism when working around vehicles, equipment, and team members.
• Support daily shop and facility needs to help maintain an efficient vehicle processing operation.

• Pay rate: $18.50 to $22.00 per hour.

  First shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Overtime:
  Occasional overtime may be required based on operational needs.

• Maintain facility cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, equipment use, and waste disposal.
• Support daily vehicle processing and shop organization needs.
• A clean motor vehicle record is required.
• Proven track record of dependable attendance and reliability.
• Stable work history with longevity in previous positions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Professional communication skills and polished personal presentation.
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work in a hands-on automotive, shop, logistics, or vehicle processing environment.

• Previous experience with auto body shop operations.
• Experience in automotive repair, collision repair, vehicle detailing, or similar shop environments.
• Prior experience moving, cleaning, or preparing vehicles in a professional facility setting.
