Description

Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and we are looking to expand our Greenville/Spartanburg operations.

As the Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Attending bid walks and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insights.
• Analyzing bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop competitive estimates and proposals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of estimates, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships; handling communication, progress updates, and contract negotiations.
• Identifying and cultivate strategic partnerships and last-look opportunities to drive business growth.
• Overseeing and maintaining knowledge of all active project schedules and progress.
• Verifying all projects adhere to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Preparing and managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align on project goals, requirements, and resources.
• Utilizing industry-specific software and tools for project management, tracking, and reporting.
