Senior Project ManagerAt Pyramid, the Senior Project Manager role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing complex construction projects, mentoring project teams, and driving operational excellence. Senior Project Managers work closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors, operations leaders, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in alignment with client expectations.
As experienced leaders within the organization, Senior Project Managers play a critical role in developing future project managers, strengthening client relationships, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and helping shape the overall success of the company. Continued growth within the role creates opportunities to influence broader operational and business objectives.
Lead Complex Projects and Develop Future Leaders- Senior Project Managers oversee larger and more complex projects while providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to project teams.
- This role serves as a senior leadership position within Pyramid’s project management organization and provides the foundation for broader operational leadership responsibilities.
- At this level, leaders oversee multiple projects, teams, and operational initiatives while helping drive financial performance, workforce development, client satisfaction, and long-term company growth.
