, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing project management practices, developing and coaching project management professionals, and ensuring successful delivery across a complex portfolio of initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, project leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams navigate risks, dependencies, resource demands, and organizational change.

Lead and Develop High-Performing Project Teams

• Coach, mentor, and develop project managers, fostering career growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance, professional development, and project management best practices across the PMO organization.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes while staying aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and organizational priorities.
• Manage project interdependencies, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Support both traditional project delivery and Agile methodologies as required.

• Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and enable informed decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the regional project portfolio and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges and remove barriers to success.
