Rogers Group is currently seeking an Loader Operator supporting Greer, SC
. This position reports to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and production excellence.

Job Details:
  • $21.00 per hour+ depending on experience. Starting wage will be higher with verifiable experience.
  • Fulltime/Permanent
  • Night/Weekend work may be required
  • Overtime available
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation
  • Maintain proper feed to plant and manage stockpiles
  • Assist with plant setup, tear down, and relocation as needed
  • Promote a team atmosphere at location and across the division
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR required
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust, etc.).
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
  • Uncompromising focus on safety excellence
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule (split shifts/possible Saturday shifts)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work on a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
  • Operate equipment and company vehicles in a responsible and safe manner
  • Perform daily housekeeping operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
