We are partnering with a leading Global Manufacturing Company hiring for a Site HSE Manager in York, SC.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety or an Engineering discipline required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or similar high-compliance industries.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Homeland Security regulations for chemical facilities.
• Proven leadership in implementing HSES programs.

• Lead all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security initiatives for the site.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee RCMS activities related to safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs.
• Manage process safety programs and conduct audits for compliance.
• Support continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles.
