Palmetto Bath is looking for a motivated CNC Programmer / Operator & Cabinet Builder to join our production team in Greer, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, woodworking, cabinetry, and manufacturing.

In this role, you will use VCarve software to create CNC cutting files, operate CNC equipment to fabricate custom solid surface countertops, and build vanity cabinets for residential remodeling projects. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

• Create CNC cutting files using VCarve software.
• Program and operate CNC machinery.
• Fabricate custom solid surface countertops and vanity tops.
• Read drawings and production specifications.
• Assemble vanity cabinets and related components.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accurate cuts and finished products.
• Maintain equipment and keep the production area clean and organized.
• Work with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong math and measuring skills.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Experience with VCarve or similar CNC software.
• CNC machine operation experience.
• Cabinet building, woodworking, or counter top fabrication experience.
• Experience using shop tools and equipment.
