CNC Operator

We’re hiring CNC Operators for our 3rd shift in a fully air-conditioned, modern production environment where innovation and precision meet.

What will I be doing?

Set up and operate CNC machines in our OD Grind Department Support high-performance tooling production with precision and efficiency

Apply your knowledge of basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and grinding operations

Your Profile:

Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship

Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experienceA positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required

Familiarity with machine maintenance practices

Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
