Assembly Line Worker

• Starting pay is $23.58 per hour for day shift and $24.83 per hour for night shift

• Day Shift hours are 7:00 am – 5:40 pm
• Night Shift hours are 7:30 pm – 6:10 am
• During training you work 5 shifts that are 8 hours a day for 2 weeks
• Once training is complete you work 4 shifts that are 10 hours a day each week
• Picking up overtime shifts is allowed and encouraged.

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
• Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed
• Adjust machine for changeovers, different functions, or other varying production needs
• Spend up to 10 hours a day in a stationary position on the ergonomically enhanced assembly line
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools
• Conduct quality control checks periodically and maintain quality standards

• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate problem‑solving and multitasking skills
• Must be able to maintain a stationary position during a shift
• Must be able to shift between upright and low stances as required
• Must be able to reach overhead as necessary
• Must be able to operate machinery to perform job functions
• Must be able to move and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted

• 1 year of production, manufacturing, or assembly experience or other applicable experience
• High school diploma or GED
