Trillium Construction is now seeking Pipe fitters for a project in Greer, SC, starting Monday, July 27th.
This project is located at a Plasman Manufacturing Facility supporting work on their production paint line. Pipe fitters will be responsible for installing CPVC piping for the paint line, replacing drainage lines, diaphragm lines, and air lines, as well as demolishing existing stainless steel drain lines. Pipe fitters will connecting the CPVC pipe by gluing it together. All work will be performed at ground level in a pit beneath the production line.
Direction will be provided on site, so experience reading blueprints or isometric drawings is not required. Candidates with previous CPVC or PVC piping installation experience are strongly preferred.
Pipe fitters will be working 8-10 hours per day. The project is scheduled to run Monday, July 27th through Friday, July 31th. Pay is $42.00/hour plus $125 per diem for each day worked.
- Pipe fitters must have a minimum of 6+ years of industrial pipe fitting experience to be considered for this position.
- Pipe fitters must provide their own basic hand tools and wear standard PPE.
- Candidates must successfully pass all required pre-employment screenings.
