We’re looking for Tig Welder‑Entry Level candidates to join our team at our Gas Power Manufacturing plant in Greenville, SC located on Forrester Drive, Greenville SC. What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare, arrange, fit, and assemble a variety of materials (stainless, nickel alloy, Hast‑X) and components using TIG welding processes and procedures
  • Strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding
  • Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints
  • Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders
  • Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs
  • Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity
  • Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up work instructions
  • Utilize work instructions, set‑up sheets, fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded
  • Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation

What you’ll bring:

  • Education/

    Experience:

    High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 0–2 years of industrial welding experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding and able to pass the weld test.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM – 10:30 PM, M‑F) and overtime when needed.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
