Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear required PPE in warehouse/production areas;
Transport ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift to and from required areas;
Verify all ingredients against SAP, food safety, and inventory control parameters before batching;
Follow instructions on batching/blending sheets and record amounts accurately;
Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP sanitation of batching/blending lines, tanks and equipment as scheduled
