Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs, wear PPE in warehouse or production areas;
Acquire in-depth operational knowledge of the assigned line’s equipment and related systems;
Monitor production line for defects and raw material issues affecting quality, efficiency, or waste;
Perform changeovers accurately with correct settings and parts, and inspect for mechanical defects;
Record data for production and quality records, maintain downtime reports, and ensure smooth shift handover;
Work with all departments to improve quality, efficiency, yields, and reduce damaged or out-of-spec products;
Assist in training new employees and perform basic machine maintenance and routine preventive maintenance
