Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Setup and operation of slitting machinery, ensuring plastic film materials are cut to precise widths and lengths with zero defects;
Production monitoring and real-time adjustments to ensure straight cuts and proper winding;
Quality inspection and documentation of production logs including material usage and scrap rates;
Material handling including loading/unloading large rolls using hoist or lift equipment;
Troubleshooting and basic maintenance to resolve minor mechanical issues during conversion
