We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our growing team in Greer, SC. The ideal candidate will have machining experience, with knowledge of surface grinding, tool sharpening, or precision finishing operations.

Hours:

7am-3:30pm. Pay: $18-24.00/hr. depends on experience.

Machinist Job

• Set up and operate machining equipment to produce high-quality parts and components
• Perform surface grinding, tool sharpening, and finishing operations as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect parts and maintain quality standards using precision measuring instruments
• Make machine adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Machinist Qualifications

• Previous machining experience required
• Surface grinding and/or sharpening experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
