CNC Operator

Job Overview

Salary: $19-$23/hour (Based on Experience) Is this your perfect fit? Are you a CNC operator looking for an opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer? Our client is seeking CNC Water Jet/Router Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. Direct hire positions are available for candidates with relevant experience or individuals from a CNC machining background who are eager to learn specialized equipment!

• Set up and operate CNC Water Jet and/or CNC Router equipment to cut foam and rubber products to customer specifications.
• Review work orders, blueprints, drawings, and production schedules to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and routine preventative maintenance.
• Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience operating CNC Water Jet, CNC Router, or CNC machining equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing machine setups and basic preventative maintenance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
