Location: Greer, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Monday - Friday + Saturday when needed/3 shifts/7a-3p/3p-11p/11p-7a

Looking for Production Assembler jobs in Greer where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Engage in proper parts handling and obtain parts from bins/totes and load based on the production schedule Inspection of rework to ensure quality parts are going the line. Wipe parts with tack cloths, when necessary, to ensure quality of part that will be painted. Complete production reports for raw and rework, by color and by part number and give to Inspectors on unload once finished.

Utilizing the MIS system, log in and general part number off the production schedule and send to the Application Department.

This opportunity is based on a Factory Assembly Worker career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
