Position: Paint Shift Supervisor needed in Anderson, SC
** Paint Shift Supervisor*
* ** Lead the Team. Drive Quality. Keep Production Moving.*
* We're looking for an experienced  
** Paint Shift Supervisor
** to lead production associates in a fast-paced automotive paint manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving  
** safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team performance
** throughout the assigned shift.

** What You'll Do*
* + Supervise and lead paint production associates to meet daily production goals.

+ Monitor  
** quality, paint scrap, paint consumption, OEE, and Right First Time (RFT)
** performance.

+ Identify quality concerns, support root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

+ Maintain production processes according to established control plans and standards.

+ Promote a strong safety culture and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

+ Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Train and cross-train associates to build a high-performing production team.

+ Communicate production and quality concerns to paint area leadership.

+ Ensure customer expectations for  
** quality and on-time delivery
** are met.

** What We're Looking For*
* +  
** Previous automotive and paint manufacturing experience required.*
* +  
** At least 3 years of previous management or supervisory experience required.*
* + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly in critical production situations.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
