The Resource Pool at Pelham Medical Center, a part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, is seeking RNs, with at least 2 years of experience, to join our dynamic team.

* About the Unit:

* Nurses within the Resource Pool at Pelham Medical Center, may provide care in all areas of the hospital, based on need. (Med Surg, ICU, ER, PACU)

* Schedule

The PRN Tier 2 Nurse must work:

* Eight (12) 12-hour shifts in a 6-week period.

* Three (3) of the 8 shifts must be a weekend.

* Will be placed on a Holiday Track

What You'll Do:

* Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care

* Collaborate with a highly engaged, multidisciplinary team

* Participate in professional development and unit-based committees

* Advocate for patients and ensure continuity of care

* Minimum Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program

* Current SC or compact state RN license

* BLS certification

Preferred Requirements:

* 2 years of RN experience
