Monday-Friday; 4:40am‑12:30pm

• Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical provider’s orders.
• Dispense daily and take‑home medication at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation, including assessing for impairment.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate and completed daily.
• Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross‑treatment meetings.
• Connect with patients, offering empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license issued in the state of practice or a multi‑state compact status license.
• License in good standing, unencumbered, and active; disciplinary actions will be reviewed case‑by‑case.
• 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
