A full-time LPN to be a part of a faith-based, community health center in Williamsburg KY and Jellico TN

- LPN Degree
- Competitive salary starting at $23/hour

Dayspring Health is a faith‑based community health center (FQHC) with a commitment to the poor and underserved in rural East Tennessee/ South‑East KY. The medical staff consists of family physicians, APPs, BHC, dentists, and dental hygienists. We have five community health centers located in Williamsburg, KY / Jellico, TN / Clairfield, TN.
- Comprehensive outpatient medical care including OB
- School health for the local school district
- Integrated behavioral health
- SUD and MAT services
- School‑based and nursing home dental care
