• Active State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• Current Tuberculosis Screening (PPD) upon hire
• Physical upon hire
• Drug Screen – we will arrange one for you
• Minimum of one-year recent experience
