** RN Night Supervisor
** to oversee nursing operations during the night shift. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and serving as a clinical resource for staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers.## ##

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shift
* Provide leadership and support to LPNs, treatment nurses, and CNAs
* Coordinate and participate in resident care delivery
* Administer and oversee IV therapy and other skilled nursing services
* Conduct resident rounds and monitor changes in condition
* Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions as needed
* Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care
* Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
* Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges
* Ensure physician orders are implemented accurately and timely
* Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
* Review incident reports and ensure proper investigation and follow-up
* Conduct audits of medication carts, medication rooms, and clinical documentation
* Monitor infection control practices and regulatory compliance
* Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
* Coach, mentor, and assist with the development of nursing staff
* Assist with staffing coordination and identifying staffing needs
* Participate in employee orientation, ongoing education, and training programs## ## Qualifications### Education & Experience
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Minimum of
** 2 years of nursing experience**, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
* Minimum of
** 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
*** Experience with electronic health records;
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred**### ### Licenses & Certifications
* Current, unrestricted
** Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
*** Current CPR certification
* Must maintain all required continuing education requirements
