Special Requirements:
Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day. Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite, and if not will result in failure of fit testing requirements.

SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.

Patient Diagnoses:
The primary population served are adult patients 18 years or older with a variety of medical and surgical related illnesses requiring treatments and intervention in the acute care setting. Patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and or oxygen saturation via remote telemetry. Patients requiring peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis

PLEASE NOTE:

Recent EPIC experience is preferred but not required to submit Will hire without a license Will hire with pending license 2 years of experience preferred; will consider 1 year nurses on case by case basis Former Perm Staff: previous Perm staff cannot return to any SRHS facility as a traveler PASS FAIL TEST at Orientation:
Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test will be given on Monday (the first day of orientation). Travelers have ONE chance to pass. Pass/Fail testing required. Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test required for all units. Moderate Sedation Test required for OR, ICU, and Endo. Compliance documents are due 5 business days prior to the traveler's scheduled start by EOD eastern time (starts are typically on Mondays but can also be on Wednesdays) Candidate must go into the lab within 24 hours after signing SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers.
