You will report directly to our Quality Engineer Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location with an Onsite work schedule.
In this role, The NDT Level 2 Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of aerospace components by conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in accordance with NAS 410 standard and company procedures. The inspector will specialize in at least two of the following testing methods:
Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT). This role plays a critical part in supporting production and overall quality assurance efforts within the organization.
- Conduct non‑destructive testing (NDT) using various methods to assess the integrity of materials and components.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing requirements and specifications.
- Perform Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections using RT, UT, PT, and MT methods, as required.
- Interpret and evaluate test results to determine compliance with specifications and standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in developing and refining NDT processes and protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel to address any non‑conformances.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Maintain NDT equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and in optimal condition.
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Expert knowledge of NDT methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with NDT equipment and software specific to the testing processes.
- Certification to NDT Level 2 in the following methods at minimum: PT and MT, additional UT and RT methods desired.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
