Sur La Table is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver memorable culinary experiences. You’ll foster a guest-obsessed culture and ensure top-tier service across our store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach staff, optimize merchandising and operations, manage inventory, and uphold safety and compliance. A 36–40 hour workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays is common.
