Job Description
Brookdale Brushy Creek, a senior living community, is hiring a Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role supports families and older adults through the sales journey, generates referral leads, and develops sales and marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
Responsibilities- Guide for families and older adults – Serve as a point of contact inside and outside the community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
- Team player – Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations.
- Partner – Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
- 3‑week on‑boarding & orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, monthly continuing education, and customized tools.
- Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support professional sales and leadership skill development.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience and education required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.
