What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive aggregate sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies within your territory
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and support

- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and close sales opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Business acumen with the ability to analyze market conditions and customer needs
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Work Environment
- Combination of field-based customer visits and office work
- Regular travel within assigned territory
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting construction and infrastructure projects
