Retail Roofing Sales Representative

Southline Roofing & Exteriors is looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our Retail Sales Division.

This position focuses on helping homeowners identify roofing, siding, and exterior improvement needs through inspections, consultations, estimates, and project recommendations. Representatives guide customers through the sales process from initial inspection through signed contract and project handoff.

Home service/Construction experience is required for the right candidate. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Conduct roof, gutter, siding, and exterior inspections
• Review roof measurements and weather reports when applicable
• Prepare and present estimates and recommendations
• Provide virtual estimates when necessary
• Follow up with homeowners regarding proposals and recommendations
• Coordinate contract execution through in-person meetings and Docu Sign
• Collect deposits and submit project documentation
• Coordinate customer color selections
• Assist homeowners through the Safe Home process
• Complete Safe Home inspections and reports
• Prepare contractor estimates for Safe Home opportunities
• Upload estimates and supporting documentation to required portals
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads
• Assist with storm-related canvassing efforts when needed
• Maintain CRM records and customer communication history
• Support project success by coordinating with production and office teams
